Machine Features:

1) The machine body is C-type steel plate welding structure,the fuselage is stable

and the stiffness is high;

2) This machine module is arranged in a single row arrangement. Compared with

the mode of rotating disk mode,its changing mode is faster and the work efficiency

is higher;

3) The separate pressure cylinder drives the pressure arm. Compared with the traditional

dynamic pressure material, this power loss is small,the pressure capacity is controllable

and the service life is long;

4) The X-axis and Y-axis are driven by the servo motor +ball screw+ precision linear guide

rail, which controls the punch position by the dual-axis CNC system;

5) The electric control system is advanced ,the programmer is easy to learn and operate.It is

equipped with upper computer, special automatic program and system control software to

realize the complete automatic programming of the connection board and machine operation

control, fault check, etc.
